Job Description Support Project Managers in the planning, administration, and execution of construction projects. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost tracking. Monitor project progress and help ensure milestones, quality standards, and project requirements are achieved. Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Support projects through all phases, from preconstruction through closeout. Collaborate with field staff and leadership to drive successful project outcomes. The Successful Applicant 2-3 years of experience in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar construction role. Experience working for a Commercial General Contractor is required. Experience with multifamily, municipal, educational, public sector, or commercial projects is highly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
