Job Description The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily will: Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration. Support scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation. Track project costs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams. Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Gain exposure to multifamily, public, and institutional construction projects. Collaborate closely with field operations and project leadership. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily should have: 2-3 years of commercial construction experience. Experience working for a General Contractor. Exposure to multifamily, public, school, or similar projects preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. Eagerness to learn and grow into a Project Manager role.
