ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
—COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
Wall Township, NJ | $90000-110000 DOE | Full-Time | In-Office- Are you a motivated construction professional with 3-4 years of experience looking to grow your project management career with a well-established commercial/residential general contracting firm?
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and process RFIs (Requests for Information) — tracking, logging, and following up to ensure timely responses from architects, engineers, and project stakeholders Manage and coordinate submittals — reviewing, organizing, and tracking through the approval process Perform accurate and timely data entry in Procore across all active projects Maintain project documentation — ensuring all records, logs, and files are current and organized Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and project tracking tools using Microsoft Office Suite Communicate professionally with subcontractors, owners, design teams, and internal staff Assist in tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Support the project team with general construction administration as needed•
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-4 plus years of experience in commercial construction — Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role Proficiency in Procore — specifically data entry, RFI management, and submittal tracking — required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite — Excel, Word, and Outlook required Solid general understanding of the commercial/residential construction process — plans, specs, and project workflow Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail — accuracy in documentation is critical in this role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Holliston area— required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field — preferred but not required with equivalent experience•
