Lead a $40M multifamily project from precon through closeout 100% employer-paid benefits and realistic work-life balance About Our Client My client is a well-established construction management firm with decades of success delivering complex public and private sector projects throughout Massachusetts. Known for their commitment to quality, strong client relationships, and manageable workloads, they offer the stability of a larger contractor with the culture of a close-knit team. Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Lead a $40M ground-up wood frame multifamily development consisting of approximately 70-100 residential units. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor management, and client communications. Collaborate with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are achieved. Drive project planning, coordination, and problem resolution to maintain schedule and budget performance. Coordinate with internal teams including estimating, BIM, and operations throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Provide regular project reporting and updates to executive leadership. The Successful Applicant Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Background in multifamily residential construction, ideally wood frame projects. Ability to independently run projects ranging from $10M+ in value. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and ownership groups. Local to the Greater Boston area and willing to work primarily from the Holliston office with site visits as needed.
