Job Description The Project Manager - Multifamily will: Lead a $40M+ multifamily construction project from start to finish. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation efforts. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal teams. Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability. Oversee project reporting, forecasting, and client communications. Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Support preconstruction planning and project startup activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have: Proven experience managing commercial construction projects independently. Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred. Experience with wood-frame construction projects is highly desirable. Ability to manage large-scale projects through all phases of construction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commercial General Contractor background required.
