Job Description Job Description Manage construction projects from kickoff through final completion. Lead all project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities. Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Drive project performance related to cost, schedule, safety, and quality. Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Partner closely with field leadership to ensure successful project delivery. Provide leadership and direction throughout all phases of construction. Support the successful execution of a $40M wood-frame multifamily development and future projects throughout Greater Boston. Mid- to senior-level Project Management experience within commercial construction. Strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction. Experience overseeing projects in the $10M+ range, with larger project experience highly valued. Excellent communication, leadership, budgeting, and project coordination skills.
