We are seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month contract role based in Marlborough, Massachusetts (hybrid, 3 days onsite) to support emerging data, AI, merchandising technology, and supply chain modernization initiatives. This position will manage projects ranging from $1-5 million in scope, overseeing roadmap development, vendor evaluations, discovery efforts, and strategic technology projects. Responsibilities Manage technology assessments, discovery initiatives, and RFP activities Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology organizations Lead planning, governance, and execution activities Support data and analytics improvement initiatives Assist in defining future state technology roadmaps Manage vendors and project deliverables throughout planning and execution phases Qualifications Required Project management experience with initiatives in the $1-5 million range Ability to navigate and lead undefined, ambiguous initiatives Strong business acumen Excellent communication and facilitation skills Experience building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups Preferred Retail or supply chain background Experience with data and analytics programs AI strategy or AI enablement project experience Merchandising technology knowledge Supply chain systems expertise Vendor evaluation and RFP management experience Cross-functional technology initiative leadership
