Situated near Marlborough, MA, this contract position offers the opportunity to work with K-12 students, with caseloads tailored to Elementary, Middle, or High School populations depending on current needs. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team committed to fostering growth and achievement for every learner.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience supporting K-12 students, with comfort across various grade levels Up-to-date knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and implementation Strong communication skills for engaging with students, families, and colleagues Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of each caseload Commitment to inclusive and individualized education
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver tailored instructional plans for students with diverse learning needs Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation for each student Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with families to support student progress Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Adapt strategies and supports to ensure every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally
