ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. This position blends project delivery, client relationship management, and on-site coordination, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables from initiation through completion. Support senior team members with project-related communications and client coordination. Anticipate challenges and develop real-time solutions to maintain project momentum. Coordinate programming activities with internal and external resources, including staff, consultants, and contractors. Oversee the preparation and coordination of construction documents, ensuring completeness and alignment with client goals. Provide regular project updates, documentation, and reports for client stakeholders. Coordinate on-site activities and ensure alignment between local teams, vendors, and client standards. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through lessons learned and best-practice sharing. Maintain client relationships and develop a network within the industry. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Position is based in Boston, MA.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required. 2-5+ years of experience in the construction, design, furniture or commercial real estate industry. Strong understanding of design and construction methodologies, sequencing, and documentation. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and timeliness. Experience with CAD, Revit, etc. not required but is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Experience in a client-facing role, fostering client relationships with a wide variety of personality types.
