Restoration Project ManagerJob Summary Able Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Restoration Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing residential and/or commercial restoration projects and understand the unique demands of working with homeowners, insurance companies, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal production teams. The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from initial scope through completion while maintaining excellent customer service, accurate documentation, quality workmanship, project timelines, and profitability. Experience with DASH, Xactimate, and other restoration industry software is strongly preferred. The right candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage restoration projects from initial assignment through final completion. Review project scope, identify required work, and develop accurate estimates and budgets. Utilize Xactimate, DASH, and other company software for estimating, documentation, scheduling, and project management. Communicate regularly with homeowners, property owners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams. Provide exceptional customer service and keep customers informed throughout the project. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time. Coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to complete projects. Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, quality, scope, and safety. Identify changes in scope and prepare change orders and supplements as necessary. Monitor project costs and profitability and take appropriate action when issues arise. Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, photographs, estimates, invoices, and customer communications. Identify potential problems before they become larger issues and develop effective solutions. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with company standards, applicable building codes, and industry best practices. Monitor and enforce company safety policies and job-site safety requirements. Work closely with management and production staff to resolve scheduling, scope, material, and customer issues. Provide leadership and direction to project team members and help maintain a positive, professional work environment. Qualifications Previous project management experience , preferably in restoration, construction, or a related industry. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and insurance professionals. Strong sense of urgency, problem-solving ability, and sound decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to accurately assess project scope and estimate project costs. Working knowledge of restoration and construction processes. Knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, and safety requirements. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office. Ability and willingness to learn and effectively utilize company software and technology. Experience with Xactimate and/or DASH is strongly preferred. Relevant industry certifications or licenses are a plus. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Must successfully complete the company's pre-employment screening requirements, including a drug test and background check.
