R.A.D. Sports is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. About R.A.D Sports R.A.D. Sports is a leading contractor specializing in the construction of high-quality athletic and recreational facilities across New England. With over three decades of experience, we're known for being a leader in our industry and delivering top-tier synthetic and natural turf fields, tracks and courts. Our award-winning team handles everything from design through completion — building professional-grade sports environments for schools, municipalities and organizations. The Role We are looking for a highly organized and experienced project manager to lead civil, site development, and athletic facility construction projects from award through completion. The ideal candidate has strong construction and site work experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects from award through closeout. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Manage subcontractor procurement, material purchasing, and project documentation. Identify project risks, logistics, scheduling conflicts, and constructability concerns. Review and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence. Monitor project costs, progress, and overall financial performance. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to company leadership and clients. Support project handoffs, closeout, and business development efforts. Mentor project management team members as needed. Qualifications 10+ years of construction project management experience. Strong experience with civil construction, earthwork, and site development. Senior, lead, or supervisory project management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, costs, contracts, and engineering principles. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Athletic facility construction experience preferred. Experience with construction management software, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Pay:
$125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
