With over two decades of steady growth, they are known for delivering high-quality projects, maintaining long-term client relationships, and fostering a collaborative, transparent culture. They are currently expanding due to a significant increase in project volume. Job Description Lead multiple high-end retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships Coordinate with internal teams and field staff to ensure project execution aligns with goals Oversee procurement, contract administration, and cost tracking Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines Utilize Procore and other systems for project documentation and reporting Communicate regularly with senior leadership, including VPs Support project teams across Boston and occasional projects in NY and FL MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Commercial & Retail should have: 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience Strong background in high-end / luxury retail construction (required) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and Sage Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to commute to Wilmington, MA (no remote/hybrid flexibility) Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget What's on Offer Base salary: $120k - $140k base 90% employer-covered healthcare 401(k) with 4% employer match Discretionary bonus (company + individual performance) Two weeks PTO (Year 1), then unlimited PTO $80/month cell phone stipend Company laptop Career growth within a rapidly expanding organization Exposure to diverse, high-profile projects across multiple markets
