Known for delivering complex retail, hospitality, multifamily, corporate interiors, healthcare, and education projects, they have built a reputation for quality, client service, and long-term repeat business.
Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications Coordinate with field teams, consultants, architects, and ownership groups Lead project meetings and drive successful project execution Manage procurement, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Track project financial performance and ensure profitability targets are achieved Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Utilize Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office to manage project operations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant What We're Looking For:
8+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction Strong background in high-end luxury retail construction (required) Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls Proficiency with Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Must be commutable to the Wilmington, MA area •Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application• What's on
