•$180,000 A respected employee-owned heavy civil contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead underground utility, bridge, and infrastructure projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects from kickoff through closeout

Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls

Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, equipment, and resources

Prepare RFIs, submittals, pay applications, change orders, and project documentation

Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Review plans and specifications for constructability and accuracy

Lead project meetings and ensure safety and compliance standards are met

Mentor Project Engineers and support staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Experience managing heavy civil construction projects (utilities, bridges, roadways, site development, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of contracts, project controls, and change management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency with Procore, Primavera, HeavyJob, Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, or similar software Candidates who fill out the skills and questions will be the first candidates reviewed!
