Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead complex organizational change initiatives within a Real Estate & Property environment in Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is suited for a candidate with significant experience who can guide senior stakeholders through sensitive organizational decisions, operating model adjustments, and cross-functional transformation efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to align people, processes, and business priorities across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-level transformation efforts that reshape team structures, clarify organizational gaps, and support high-impact workforce planning decisions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate complex people, process, and strategic choice considerations, helping drive clear and practical outcomes.
  • Facilitate discussions with executive stakeholders where priorities, ownership, or decision-making authority may be unclear or contested.
  • Oversee initiatives focused on streamlining and redesigning workflows that span multiple business functions to improve efficiency and alignment.
  • Provide project leadership for business changes tied to acquisitions, organizational realignment, and delivery model adjustments, including offshore coordination when applicable.
  • Build structure around ambiguous initiatives by defining priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability across involved teams.
  • Present recommendations and status updates to leadership in a confident, concise manner that supports informed decision-making.
  • Apply experienced project management practices to keep transformation activities on schedule while managing risk, stakeholder concerns, and shifting business needs.
