Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockville, MD. This role oversees building maintenance and property care projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing contractors and vendors, monitoring site activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The Project Manager will communicate regularly with clients and internal teams, prepare project documentation and reports, and resolve issues or delays through proactive problem-solving. This position also supports budgeting, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of project workflows and processes. Qualifications Ability to manage projects end-to-end, with strong skills in Project Management and Inspection. Experience working as an Expeditor and performing Expediting tasks to keep materials and activities on schedule. Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate equipment, materials, and labor across multiple job sites. Proven experience in building maintenance, construction, or property services project environments. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with clients, teams, and vendors. Ability to work on-site, manage field conditions, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
