Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data modeling, and complex formulas. Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining polished, user-friendly executive dashboards using Power BI. Experience gathering, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple business systems. Ability to identify trends, interpret results, and communicate key findings to business stakeholders. Strong understanding of PMO practices, project and program management terminology, and the program management lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to independently gather requirements from and present findings to senior leaders. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear reporting solutions without requiring extensive direction. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting planning, forecasting, or operational reporting initiatives. Experience working with capacity planning or demand management data. Familiarity with Planview or similar project portfolio management (PPM) platforms; direct Planview experience is highly desirable but not required. Background supporting enterprise operations, workforce planning, or people services organizations. Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry is a plus.
