Job Description

Job Summary Lead major commercial roofing and restoration projects with one of the Mid-Atlantic's top construction contractors. Simpson Construction is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to manage large-scale commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing projects. This position is based in Hanover, Maryland, and offers the opportunity to oversee high-value projects ($1M+) while mentoring field teams and driving safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and close commercial roofing, sheet metal, and waterproofing projects
  • Lead field operations, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and client communications
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
  • Collaborate with estimators and superintendents to deliver projects on time and within budget Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial roofing or exterior construction projects valued at $1M or more
  • Strong understanding of construction law, contracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • OSHA 30 or PMP certification preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to report to Hanover, MD, as needed

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
