Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale infrastructure and residential construction initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management 5+ years minimum, excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Manage project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations. Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure clarity and accuracy before work begins. Control project costs through diligent budget management, cost estimating, and procurement strategies; track expenditures against budgets regularly. Ensure construction schedule coordination by managing timelines for procurement, permitting, inspections, and commissioning. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control measures, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to review progress and resolve issues promptly. Experience Strong background in construction management, cost management, project scheduling, and contract administration. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role while maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity. Hands-on experience reading blueprints/schematics accurately; understanding of construction plans is essential. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Construction site experience including overseeing safety practices and regulatory compliance on active job sites. Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse stakeholders; leadership qualities that inspire teams toward shared goals. You must have a clear background and a driver's license, with preferred fire, wind, and water restoration. Will consider a new home builder PM background as well.
Pay:
$63,521.46 - $76,498.96 per year
