$100,000 - $140,000We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and project execution to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple construction projects from start to finish.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and clients.
Participate in bidding, estimating, and pre-construction activities.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
Lead client meetings and provide project updates.
Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, billings, and change orders.
Review and approve subcontractor invoices.
Track project financial performance and maintain profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
Qualifications5+ years of construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
Experience managing budgets, contracts, and subcontractors.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction management software experience preferred.
Estimating experience preferred.
PMP certification is a plus.
Ability to pass a government background check for work on military and government facilities.
