$100,000 - $140,000We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and project execution to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and clients.
• Participate in bidding, estimating, and pre-construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Lead client meetings and provide project updates.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, billings, and change orders.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices.
• Track project financial performance and maintain profitability.

  Qualifications
  
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
  
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and subcontractors.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction management software experience preferred.
  
• Estimating experience preferred.
  
• PMP certification is a plus.
  
• Ability to pass a government background check for work on military and government facilities.
