We are looking for hard-working, reliable individuals who are willing to learn and grow with our company. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in a career in landscaping or the industry. Prior experience in the industry is a bonus. We are looking for a on site - project coordinator Lead assigned crews and oversee project execution. Coordinate material orders and delivery schedules. Schedule and organize supplier pickups and drop-offs. Manage labor allocation and crew productivity. Track project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback. Keep track of project material and labor costs for accurate billing Train employees on proper, safe, and efficient use of equipment and machinery Performance Expectations Demonstrates strong leadership and decision-making skills. Maintains organized project schedules and material logistics. Ensures crews have the resources needed to complete work efficiently. Communicates effectively with management, suppliers, and crew members. Holds team members accountable while maintaining professionalism. Company-Wide ExpectationsAttendance & Communication Arrive on time every day. Communicate absences, schedule changes, and time-off requests through Dakota. Maintain professional communication with team members and supervisors. Any jobber, property, or route questions need to be communicated via Dakota. Safety Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines. Report hazards, equipment & vehicle issues, and accidents immediately. Professionalism Treat customers, coworkers, and company property with respect. Maintain a clean appearance and professional attitude. Minimize personal phone use during work hours. Conversations between coworkers must stay work appropriate, our customers can hear us. Accountability Complete work to company quality standards. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Continuously improve skills and efficiency. Ask clarifying questions when necessary to complete work accurately Make best use of time by completing things efficiently
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
