Manager :

• Able to orchestrate projects from start to finish: on time, on budget, and at the highest levels of craftmanship. Is just as successful at finishing projects as starting them.
• Organized and punctual. Create and/or maintain efficient systems and procedures. Demand clean and professional looking job sites...always.
• Maintain great relationships with Clients and Trade-Teams. Respect all. Help to motivate and bring out the best in everyone around you. Lead by example.
• Ensuring Quality. Eyes are trained to identify all things not plumb, level, and square. Catching errors and flaws is the norm. Accuracy and precision are always more important than speed. Share your expertise with WBC Team and Trade-Teams.
• Capable of emailing, texting, and writing at a 12th grade level. Competent with "Smart Phone" usage.
• Works independently, but always willing to jump into any situation to help the team succeed.
• 4-year construction management degree favorable, but a proven track record along with the abilities to continue to learn and change are way more important.
• Additional requirements: live local, work truck, good driving record, no felony convictions. Project Manager's expectations of WBC can be :
