Job Description
The Cross Carline and Project Engineering Team is a critical part of the vehicle development with responsibly to ensure overall program level feasibility and target setting. Working with cross-functional leadership, the CCL Planning Manager is responsible for the achievement of project timing, labor and investment objectives of the vehicle.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Implements and coordinates the general and detailed (by phase) scheduling of the project /programEnsure timing consistency in executionEnsures that labor, validation, and prototype financial targets are achievedCreate and manage bulletins and bulletin responsesManages vehicle build plan and delivery to support vehicle validation requirementsManages the commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with the brand(s), the plant(s) and the chasing department

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering8 years of automotive development experienceExcellent communication and program management skillsAbility to simplify complex engineering topics, develop and deliver a presentation conciselyAbility to make quick decisions using sound engineering logicWell-developed problem-solving skillsAbility to define the engineering logic behind system packaging layout solutions in the context of the vehicle/platformWork effectively and manage non-direct reports across multiple unique disciplinesMust be a highly motivated, detail oriented, and a self-directed process thinkerStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong written and presentation skills are a mustAbility to interface with all levels of managementFamiliarity with automotive systems, components, and vehicle testing/validation processesPreferred Qualifications:
