Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining strict adherence to construction regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving project success. Duties Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to ensure timely milestones. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and resolve issues proactively. Manage project budgets, control costs, and track expenditures using HeavyBid or comparable cost management tools. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols on-site. Supervise construction teams, manage subcontractors, and facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders. Review construction plans and schematics to verify accuracy and feasibility before implementation. Qualifications Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction schedules and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, Construction management software, including Bluebeam and Civil 3D. Hands-on construction site experience coupled with expertise in construction estimating, cost management, and schedule coordination. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Knowledge of construction plans, schematics, and regulatory standards specific to heavy civil or commercial projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage project scope changes and negotiate with stakeholders confidently.
