Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and milestones of the global E2E organization, including the core algorithm teams as well the infrastructure and tooling teams. Oversee the execution, ensure all timelines stay aligned, mitigate slips and escalate early. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, marketing, sales) to define product requirements, follow up on the execution. Partner with the Product organization to develop and execute project plans, coordinate alignment of product roadmap with program objectives, and ensure successful program delivery. Introduce and standardize development processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all AI/ML projects. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI/ML initiatives and guide continuous improvement. Provide strategic recommendations to leadership through impact assessments, risk analysis, and investment proposals. Assume responsibility of project's interests in North America and the alignment with the rest of the world (EU and China). This includes resource planning, demo execution and resource allocation. Drive horizontal alignment of multiple projects to improve Client's cross-platform integration. Provide onsite support for the preparation work of high visibility demo activities.Requirements:
Strong and proven background in Engineering or Computer Science with a focus on AI/ML. Proven experience (2+ years) in project management or product management. Minimum 2 years of experience in a deep tech / data role within the automotive/robotics/aerospace industry, specifically with ADAS or related technologies. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams covering all competencies from engineering to sales. Extensive experience in the automotive industry and automotive development processes (Product Development Process / ASPICE) incl. KPI based software quality tracking. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluent in English.
