Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management experience, and proficiency with industry-standard project management software. Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure seamless execution of construction initiatives.

Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial tracking using tools like HeavyBid and construction cost management software.

Oversee the development and review of construction plans, schematics, and regulatory compliance documentation.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align project goals and deliverables.

Utilize project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Prolog, and Microsoft Office to monitor progress, update schedules, and generate reports.

Supervise construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction regulations, and quality standards.

Manage teams in a construction management role by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Ensure timely procurement of materials using construction estimating tools like Bluebeam and HeavyBid while maintaining accurate project schedules.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress against plans and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily logs, and incident reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction scheduling and project coordination.

Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Solid knowledge of construction estimating processes and budget management techniques.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Extensive construction site experience with familiarity in construction regulations and compliance standards.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across various phases of a project.

Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising safety or quality standards.

Knowledge of schematics design processes and construction plans development is preferred.
