  • Support Project Managers in the coordination and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate communication between field teams, subcontractors, architects, and clients to maintain project alignment
  • Assist in tracking budgets, costs, and project progress to support financial performance goals
  • Help drive project schedules by monitoring deadlines and proactively addressing potential delays
  • Operate project management systems to maintain up-to-date records and reporting
  • Support procurement and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

The Successful Applicant 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction (Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or similar role) Experience working for a general contractor strongly preferred Exposure to commercial, multifamily, or renovation projects Strong understanding of construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, plans/specs) Ability to assist with project scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders Proficiency with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore or similar) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Ability to work collaboratively with field teams, subcontractors, and project managers Construction-related degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or similar) preferred but not essential if experience is strong What's on Offer
