The company has expanded significantly in recent years, growing 400% over the past 8 years to a team of 70 employees, with projected revenue of $40M
- 50M.
- Coordinate and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address potential delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements on project sites.
- Support procurement activities, including vendor selection and material tracking.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively and efficiently.
- 3-5 years of exp in the commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with job order contracting (JOC) processes and procedures
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
