Originally rooted in post-frame construction (still delivering 200+ projects annually), the business has diversified into pre-engineered steel buildings and concrete precast, with a strong and growing presence across self-storage, residential, agricultural (including equestrian and dairy facilities), and light commercial sectors such as retail and restaurants. Their commercial division alone has seen approximately 40% year-over-year growth. Job Description
  • Coordinate and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address potential delays or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements on project sites.
  • Support procurement activities, including vendor selection and material tracking.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively and efficiently.

  • 3-5 years of exp in the commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with job order contracting (JOC) processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
