Originally rooted in post-frame construction (still delivering 200+ projects annually), the business has diversified into pre-engineered steel buildings and concrete precast, with a strong and growing presence across self-storage, residential, agricultural (including equestrian and dairy facilities), and light commercial sectors such as retail and restaurants. Their commercial division alone has seen approximately 40% year-over-year growth. Job Description

Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead design‑build processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication
Support estimating, buyout, and monthly project reporting
Partner closely with superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and schedule

5+ years of construction experience
Know how to estimate and manage projects (stronger at the estimating would be a big plus!!)
Diversity in different construction methods/areas
Familarity with softwares
