This position helps ensure projects, customer requests, repairs, orders, and operational tasks are coordinated accurately and completed on time. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day to day projects and operational activities from initiation through completion, tracking timelines, priorities, deliverables, and follow-up items. Serve as a point of contact between customers, internal teams, vendors, sales representatives, and service partners to ensure clear and timely communication. Coordinate customer equipment repairs, RMAs, loaner equipment, replacements, and warranty-related activities. Track medical devices and equipment using serial numbers and maintain accurate records throughout repair, replacement, and shipment processes. Coordinate domestic and international shipments, returns, delivery tracking, and priority/overnight shipments. Manage purchase orders, customer orders, quotes, invoices, and supporting documentation. Monitor inventory levels for equipment, components, and disposable products and communicate purchasing or production needs to appropriate teams. Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to track production schedules, component availability, repairs, and product-related issues. Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors regarding purchase orders, production status, inventory availability, lead times, and deliveries. Identify operational issues or delays, communicate concerns to the appropriate stakeholders, and follow through until resolution. Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.
Pay:
$54,881.51 - $60,000.00 per year
