Job Description

Every day is different! Plan and organize daily and weekly jobs for materials needed for each job. Complete work in a professional, timely and complete manor to industry standards. Solve problems on site. Work closely with homeowners and other construction trades people. Make transactions with customer's. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work as a team player. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 80lbs. Compensation is based on experience. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave). Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.

YOUR START:
The Landscape Build Project Manager oversees landscape construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They manage crew scheduling, material procurement, client communication, site safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination
YOUR ESSENTIALS
:
Project Execution:
Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling labor, equipment, and materials for multiple projects.
Financial Control:
Track job costs, manage budgets, process invoicing, and handle change orders.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary contact for homeowners or general contractors, providing progress updates.
Site Supervision:
Ensure site safety, compliance with landscape design plans, and high-quality installations.
Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and train field staff and crews.
REQUIREMENTS
Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented. Must be professional in appearance and actions. Great time management skills; available for seasonal long hours, weekend work (although rare), potential holidays. Punctual and dependable with a can-do attitude. Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing backgrounds, knowledge and skill levels.
Experience:
Generally 5+ years in landscape construction, with leadership experience.
Education:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Contracting, or Construction Management preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
Ability to read blue prints, CAD drawings, and understand construction methods.
Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with Landscape Management Software or AutoCAD is highly desirable.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills for client and team communication.
