DESCRIPTION OF ROLE
Ecreative is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Web Customer Support & Project Manager Assistant to assist both our Customer Support and Project Management teams. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and learning how websites and digital projects are built and managed. As a Web Customer Support Assistant, you will serve as an initial point of contact for clients with website, hosting, email, and other technical support requests. You will communicate with clients by phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand issues, troubleshoot where appropriate, and produce clear documentation for issues requiring additional development or technical support. As a Project Manager Assistant, you will work alongside our Project Management team to support website projects from planning through launch. Responsibilities will include organizing project information, reviewing content and documentation, assisting with data entry, reviewing completed tasks for quality assurance, and helping ensure projects stay organized and on schedule. You will receive training on Ecreative's processes, tools, and technology platforms, including CRM and project management systems such as HubSpot and Asana, as well as Google Workspace. As you develop your skills and experience, there may be opportunities to advance into a Website Project Manager or Customer Support Specialist role. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
(but are not limited to) Respond to incoming client calls and emails regarding website, server or hosting issues, email, FTP, domain, SSL support, and troubleshooting, etc. Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service Troubleshoot basic website and technical issues and determine when escalation is appropriate Perform minor website updates and content changes when requested Document client communications, issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately Create clear and detailed developer tickets when additional technical assistance is required Assist internal team members with basic technical, phone, software, and training support Help identify the root cause of recurring issues and contribute to process improvements Create and maintain support procedures and documentation within the company wiki Provide after-hours or weekend support coverage as needed Assist Project Manager team with duties such as: Prepare and maintain project documents, templates, spreadsheets, and other client materials Review and organize website content, including text, images, and spreadsheets Help track client deliverables, project milestones, timelines, and outstanding items Perform data entry and maintain accurate project information in Excel and the website CMS Review website administration areas and assist with quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or missing information Assist with project organization, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up Contribution to an ongoing improvement plan; increasing the capabilities and organization of the project management process
REQUIRED SKILLS

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 1-2
years of experience in customer support, project coordination, website management, or a related field Experience with website development technologies, including CMS platforms, HTML, and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus Industrial B2B knowledge Experience with Asana or similar project management tools Basic knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM Familiarity with website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, FTP, and related web technologies General understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, and how business systems exchange data Familiarity with Linux/UNIX environments, SSH, or related server technologies Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
SALARY, BENEFITS, AND LOCATION
Starting salary ranges from $42,000-$55,000 depending on experience Performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) offering Paid time off and flexible work arrangements Professional development and training opportunities Hybrid work flexibility after initial training and based on the needs of the role This position is based in our Minneapolis area office, and onsite training will be required. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Part-time applicants may also be considered.
