Commercial Property Management Company looking for experienced project manager for multiple buildings. This position will work hand-in-hand with Director of Real Estate & Sr. Property Manager for coordination of all projects.

Job Description :

Obtain bids for various projects, meet & coordinate with Vendors/Contractors Work with Contractor throughout project ensuring full completion & satisfaction of job Expedite field projects Proactive Property checks/inspections Field project management/implementation Building/vacancy inspections Tenant relations/damage control Inspector relations (Fire & Building) Communicate with Maintenance Techs on various field issues Additional duties as required

Candidate Requirements :

Familiarity with general Commercial Real Estate Property Management Knowledge of Commercial Property projects/repairs, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, asphalt/concrete, roofs, etc. Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented Anticipate Property needs Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
