Mentor Teams. Grow a Practice. We are seeking a licensed architect to join our leadership team as a Project Architect / Project Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys balancing technical excellence with client leadership and team development. Position Overview As a key leader in our firm, you will serve as an Architect of Record, oversee project quality, mentor junior architects and designers, and guide projects from concept through construction. You will work directly with clients, consultants, and contractors while helping shape the future growth of the firm. What You Will Bring Licensed Architect with the ability to serve as Architect of Record. Strong technical knowledge of construction documents, building systems, and code compliance. Experience leading project teams and mentoring staff. Ability to manage client relationships and successfully deliver projects through construction.
