Job Description

•This applicant must be able to reasonably commute to the Grain Valley, MO office.

•CME Corp is currently seeking an energetic individual to join the Project Management team. This position is hands-on and execution-focused, supporting the successful management of projects that are already scoped, created and in motion. The role centers on coordinating key project activities, ensuring timely delivery of medical equipment and devices, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of active, pre-defined projects, ensuring accurate coordination and execution of established tasks and timelines; Manage scheduling of deliveries, invoicing and product monitoring using CME's proprietary CME360 Project Management Hub; Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal departments regarding project status, updates and issue resolution; Proactively monitor ongoing project activities to identify potential delays or or issues and communicate solutions promptly; Perform order entry and order modifications as needed to support project progression; Collaborate regularly with Customer Project Management teams, Internal Departments, Upper Management, Customer Service, Account Managers, Vendors, Warehouse teams and Direct-to-Site coordinators; and Perform all duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Associate degree in Business, Project Management, or 3 to 5 years of on-the-job training in Project Management. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience using Microsoft Suite of products. ( advanced experience in Excel ) Who you are: Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to re-prioritize workload as required. Problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus. Adaptable to change and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
