Job Description

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist, supporting elementary students across three buildings in a vibrant and collaborative school environment. In this full-time position, you'll focus on delivering high-quality direct services and evaluations, with Fridays dedicated to testing, preparation, and paperwork. You'll become a trusted partner in student growth, working closely with educational teams to help students thrive and reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications:
Active OT licensure, eligible for practice in Missouri Background in school-based Occupational Therapy, ideally with elementary-aged students Strong organizational and time-management skills for balancing direct service, documentation, and assessment Able to travel between multiple school buildings as needed Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct OT services to assigned students across Manor Hill, Alexander Doniphan, and Shoal Creek schools Maintain a rotating caseload (10 students Mondays, 7 Tuesdays, 10 Wednesdays, 8 Thursdays) Schedule and conduct assessments, prepare individualized reports, and complete necessary paperwork on Fridays Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each student's academic and functional success Track student outcomes, document progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed Contribute to IEP development and attend team meetings This role offers the opportunity to positively impact students' school experiences and work within a supportive educational community.
