What We're Looking for in a Project Manager II Managing the planning, execution and delivery of projects, including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, subdivision, utility, and other survey types as requested Coordinating with field and office personnel to ensure efficient project workflow Serving as the primary point of contact for clients for all communication and project status Identifying and resolving project issues, conflicts, or delays proactively Tracking deadlines to ensure timely deliverable Analyzing project performance and leading job close-out meetings as necessary Maintaining detailed documentation of projects and revision history to support transparency and traceability Responding to RFP's, RFQ's, and fee estimate requests with timely proposals Ensuring compliance with industry standards, client specifications, company standards, and all applicable laws and regulations PLS preferred, but not required An Opportunity with Mutual Investment The strongest relationships between a company and its team members are built on mutual investment.
