This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. What You'll Do Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors Coordinate with clients, suppliers, field teams, and internal stakeholders Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address project challenges proactively Review project financials, change orders, and production performance Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Construction Management or related degree Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation & Benefits $80,000
