Commercial Flooring Project Sales Professional | $90,000-$120,000 + Benefits I'm partnering with an established leader in the commercial and residential flooring industry to find an experienced professional who can turn strong customer relationships into successful projects. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys both sides of the business: developing sales and managing flooring projects from the initial conversation through final completion. If you have 2-5 years of flooring project sales experience and take pride in delivering excellent results for your customers, I'd like to speak with you. What You'll Do Build lasting relationships with customers and identify new sales opportunities Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals Manage flooring projects from initial estimate through completion Coordinate schedules, budgets, materials, vendors, and internal resources Keep customers and other stakeholders informed throughout each project Collaborate with clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth delivery Use your flooring and product knowledge to recommend the right solutions What we're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in flooring project sales A strong understanding of commercial and/or residential flooring projects Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities Experience with project management software and related tools A customer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary of $90,000-$120,000 Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance The opportunity to join a respected flooring company and make a meaningful impact Interested in learning more?
