Job Description
SMX is hiring a Program Integration & Execution Specialist to drive the daily operational tempo for agile delivery teams modernizing Army financial systems. You will own the project schedule, track team delivery velocity, and ensure all contract deliverables (CDRLs) are submitted accurately and on time. Your work ensures parallel workstreams remain synchronized as the team transitions capabilities off

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- + Develop, maintain, and enforce the integrated project schedule, tracking parallel capability development to ensure milestones and release dates are met.
+ Compile and submit the Monthly Program Status and Financial Report (CDRL A001), detailing cost burn rates, task-level progress, and team delivery velocity.
+ Monitor backlog execution and coordinate the transition of Level 1 support responsibilities to the sustainment team during hypercare periods.
+ Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and training compliance tracking for all contractor personnel
- Required Skills/Experience:
- + Active U.S. Secret Clearance (or higher). + Experience in project scheduling, PMO support, and agile tracking methodologies. + Strong proficiency in managing financial reporting, burn rates, and DoD CDRL submissions.
- Desired Skills/Experience:
- + Familiarity with tracking LCNC or ERP implementation milestones.
