Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be a critical member of our project team, supporting smooth project execution from notice to proceed through warranty. Your organizational skills, proactive communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help drive project success. In this role, you will assist Project Managers throughout the RFP, budgeting, submittal, purchasing, and change order processes while ensuring meticulous organization of current project documents.

Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers by coordinating resources, tracking project progress, and maintaining organized project documentation. Execute purchasing, receiving, and tracking of project materials. Compile product submittals, maintain accurate contract documentation, and generate progress reports. Enter project data and continually improve project management/coordination processes.

Training & Development:
Hands-on training in every aspect of project coordination will be provided. Additionally, we provide ongoing training for all project coordinators to foster individual and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
An ideal candidate would be a team player who values organization, excellent communication, attention to detail, and self-reliance. A positive attitude and a willingness to build knowledge in the electrical construction industry will be essential for success in this role.
