Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to join a growing design-build firm specializing in community clubhouses and amenity centers. This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong combination of project management, team leadership, and hands-on design experience . You will manage projects from initial concept through construction documents and construction while overseeing and mentoring junior Design Team members. This is not a purely design-focused position. Candidates must have demonstrated experience managing projects, coordinating teams and deliverables, and providing leadership to junior team members. Revit experience is required. What You'll Do Manage multiple design projects from conceptual design through construction documents and construction Own project schedules, priorities, milestones, and deliverables Guide clients through the design process from initial concepts through final construction documents Coordinate project activities across internal teams, clients, and outside consultants Oversee, mentor, and provide direction to junior Design Team members Delegate work and review drawings and deliverables for quality and accuracy Remain actively involved in the architectural design process Develop, review, and coordinate drawings and construction documents using Revit Work closely with the internal Build Team as projects transition from design into construction Attend client/project meetings and site visits Conduct field verification and assist with building condition assessments Prepare meeting minutes, field reports, and project documentation Apply company standards and project checklists throughout each phase Identify project challenges and develop practical design solutions Help ensure projects remain on schedule and meet established quality standards What We're Looking For 3+ years of relevant professional design/architecture experience Proven project management experience required Experience overseeing, mentoring, or leading junior design team members required Hands-on design experience required Proficiency in Revit required Experience taking projects through multiple phases, ideally from conceptual design through construction documents Experience coordinating outside consultants and multidisciplinary project teams Strong understanding of construction documents, building materials, construction methods, specifications, and applicable codes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while effectively leading and collaborating with a team Experience with Bluebeam Revu, BIM360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office preferred Experience with 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering tools preferred Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Architecture, or a related undergraduate degree.
