We are seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the successful execution of various projects. In this full-time, on-site role, you will assist in coordinating project activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring effective communication between team members and clients. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help drive projects forward, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results. Duties Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion Prepare, produce, and organize project documents from beginning to end and secure all contractually required documents to include, but not limited to, bids, bonds, subcontracts, purchase orders, insurance certificates, submittals, etc. Manage project documentation, including reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using software such as Microsoft Office Support client communication by responding to inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity Maintain accurate data entry records, update project tracking tools, and ensure all files are organized and accessible Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data organization Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly; experience with QuickBooks is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of multitasking Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining productivity software proficiency
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
