Residential Project Manager Residential Project Managers at Critical Path Solutions are responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. They are responsible for supervising all activities that relate to contract administration, change orders, submittals, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure we produce a quality project on time and within budget while maintaining I high level of safety on site. A Project Manager must ensure our product exceeds clients' expectations by meeting their needs. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates by thoroughly evaluating project documents, scope, site conditions, pricing, and risk; present budgets and recommendations to Leadership. Lead overall project execution, providing direction from preconstruction through completion. Manage project budgets, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and financial performance. Review submittals, shop drawings, contract documents, change orders, and pay applications. Administer subcontracts while cultivating strong subcontractor and vendor relationships. Build trusted owner and client relationships through consistent communication and project coordination. Coordinate and distribute project information effectively to field staff, trade contractors, and project stakeholders. Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key vendors. Identify value-engineering opportunities aligned with project goals and client objectives. Monitor project costs, schedules, performance metrics, and risks to proactively address issues and maintain project success. Experience and Education BS or MS degree in construction management or related field 5-7 years of experience working in a construction management position (Or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Skills and Knowledge Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Raken and Sage 100. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. 30-Hour OSHA certification preferred.
