Type:
full-time We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee low-voltage and data systems projects in a fast-paced industrial/data center environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing projects involving low-voltage systems, structured cabling, fiber, controls, telecommunications, or data center infrastructure and is comfortable coordinating multiple crews, vendors, schedules, and project priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through completion and closeout
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and schedules
- Monitor project scope, budgets, labor, milestones, and deliverables
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Communicate project status with customers, field leadership, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve scheduling, material, and field-related issues
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure quality and safety requirements are met Qualifications
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Low-voltage/data systems experience required
- Experience with structured cabling, fiber, controls, telecommunications, or similar systems
- Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software experience is a plus
