Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, 35 days holiday + more As GRAHAM continues to expand across the Midlands, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major construction projects throughout the region. This opportunity is ideally suited to a candidate with a proven track record of delivering Department for Education (DfE) projects, bringing a strong understanding of education sector requirements, stakeholder management, and the successful delivery of complex schemes from inception through to completion. You'll be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, ad to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership & Coordination Lead on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery Support planning and execution of key project milestones Manage resources to maintain productivity and meet deadlines Promote a collaborative and proactive site culture
- Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with GRAHAM's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards Monitor site activities to uphold workmanship and regulatory standards Assist in implementing company procedures and best practices
- Project Delivery & Reporting Track progress against programme and budget Provide regular updates to senior management Support procurement and cost control with the commercial team Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project goals
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams to maintain strong relationships Attend site meetings and contribute to issue resolution and progress reporting Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement Essential Criteria Proven experience managing construction projects of similar scale and complexity Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools Commitment to health & safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction Desirable Criteria Experience working on projects within the Midlands region Background in Residential, Student Accommodation, or Commercial/Office developments Relevant professional qualifications (e.
