• Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures
• Review estimates with management and scope of work
• Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
• Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget
• Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc
• Make site visits and make sure work is being completed per specs Commercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required Minimum of 5 years experience in the supervision and installation of

Strong computer skills are required along with strong organizational skills and job tracking abilities We are looking for those with proven leadership and the ability to manage teams Ability to read, understand and interpret construction drawings Conduct and participate in safety meetings.
