Key Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients using state-of-the-art equipment Accurately interpret treatment plans and set up patient positioning based on physician instructions Monitor patient during procedures for comfort, safety, and proper response Maintain thorough documentation of treatments and patient progress Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes Ensure safety protocols are followed and equipment remains in top condition Provide compassionate communication and education to patients and families

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program Valid ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy Current state licensure as required Proven experience as a Radiation Therapist, with strong technical and interpersonal skills Excellent communication, observation, and assessment abilities Commitment to patient confidentiality and high standards of care
