Job Description

THE ROLE
The Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of bridge and heavy civil projects — from contract execution through closeout. You'll manage owner relationships, control schedules and budgets, and lead a coordinated field team on projects ranging from $1.5M to $3M in contract value. This is a hands-on role that demands technical fluency, strong communication, and the ability to drive results independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project schedules, contract values, and owner relationships from kickoff through closeout Read and interpret construction plans with accuracy; manage self-perform concrete and bridge crews Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality Oversee safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all phases Utilize B2W, Excel (formatting and insert functions), and Access for project controls Source materials, obtain quotes, and resolve field issues with minimal escalation
REQUIREMENTS
Prior SCDOT (South Carolina DOT) experience required for Senior PM and PM levels Bridge project exposure required; bridge-focused background strongly preferred Experience managing contracts in the $1.5M•3M range Ability to read plans, manage self-perform crews, and handle owner-facing responsibilities Rigging and safety background required Proficiency in B2W, Excel, and Access Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills

Senior PM:
$120,000•$130,000
PM:
